Each year Nigeria Drupal User Group organizes the DrupalCamp Nigeria; an annual, volunteer driven, two-day conference intended to promote the awareness and adoption of the Drupal open-source platform in Nigeria. This conference brings together drupalists, other related open-source practitioners, corporate companies representatives to share their passion for the Drupal project and other open-source technologies.

Sitting quietly and listening to others demo their projects or outline their issues can lead to major "a-ha" moments down the line. Witnessing someone explain their approach or techniques is very valuable, even if some (or most) of it goes over your head initially. Basically, don't be afraid to show your work - it'll certainly be at least as good at the end of the evening as it was at the beginning, if not better.

The conference is open to any one has any kind of interest in Drupal, web technology or open-source in general. These includes students who are pursing a career in web technology, web practitioners interested in advancing their skill sets, corporate bodies with the goal of building cutting-edge enterprise web applications using the best of technologies, etc. Whether you are new to Drupal or an expert there is something for every body.
How much will it cost?
Attendance is completely free, except for the cost of transporting yourself to the venue. There will also be free snack at break times.
